1.ISO 18001:2015 Lead Auditor Course

Overview

The five-day course equipsattendees to develop the required expertise forconductingaudit on Environmental Management System (EMS). The Lead Auditor training will equip participants with the skills and ability to manage a team of auditors by applying audit principles, procedures and techniques. During this training, the participant will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011, and certification process according to ISO 17021. Based on live exercises and case studies, the participant will develop the skills and competencies necessary to efficiently conduct an audit.

  • Introduction to ISO 14001:2004 requirements

  • Improving & maintaining a EMS
  • Effective implementation and monitoring of ISO 14001:2004 Management System

Delivery structure and mode

  • Fully equipped class room session
  • Training Programs are handled by IRCA Qualified Lead Auditor
  • Scheduled batch wise
  • 5days course / 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Class room closed book test on the 5th day with pass percentage of 70%
  • Exam Duration: 2hrs

On Successful completion of EMS LeA Course, our Delegates will be able to explain and implement

  • The key principles and practices of effective EMS audits in accordance with ISO 14001:2015
  • The purpose and benefits of an EMS in an organization
  • The audit, conduct, report and follow up an audit in accordance with ISO 19011
